Known for his can-do spirit and commitment to doing things right the first time, Alan leads Martin Land Improvement Inc. with integrity, precision, and a deep respect for both the land and the people he serves.

Alan founded MLI in 1980 in Oklahoma, originally as a side endeavor while working as a biologist and teacher. Thanks to his strong work ethic and reputation for reliability, MLI quickly grew into a trusted general contracting company with projects spanning the nation—specializing in site preparation and land development for both residential and commercial needs.
